Cohasset Conservation Trust

The Cohasset Conservation Trust is a nonprofit organization that promotes conservation and intelligent development in Cohasset, Massachusetts. The organization works to protect particular ecological areas and preserve historic and unique properties in the area. The trust is entirely volunteer-run and has no employees.

In addition to helping local schools, the Cohasset Education Foundation is hosting an event this Friday, October 22, from 7-10 pm, called the Fall Festival. The Armstrong Brothers Band will perform for guests, and proceeds from the event will go toward fall grants submitted by Cohasset teachers.

Sandy Beach Association (SBA)

Throughout the summer, the Sandy Beach Association (SBA) provides residents of Cohasset with private beach access with lifeguards. The school offers free-Try-It-Afternoons June 17-20 and Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 1:30 p.m. If you have a little experience with rowing, the Institute will offer a 3:30-5 p.m. Tuesday session for experienced rowers.
